Image via My Madison Bistro My mom is a big fan of Barefoot Contessa and her crisp has always been one of my favorites. It’s the perfect dessert that can be made ahead of time and then thrown in the oven before serving. The past few times I’ve been making the recipe, I’ve used Ina Garten’s recipe for Peach and Raspberry Crisp , but I don’t always use peaches and raspberries; I’ll switch out the raspberries for blueberries or blackberries.
