Designer Arik Levy takes lighting to a whole new level with his latest for Vibia called WIREFLOW. Composed of thin rods, the geometrical sculptures appear to be almost like two dimensional line drawings. Take a step to the left or right and you see that some are even three dimensional forms suspended in the air holding LED lights

There is something of a trend going on lately of these types of cage-like geometric designs – from Ana Cláudia’s jewelry to Dave Hulsbergen’s lamps  and I’m digging it. So that’s probably why I also like  Mambo’s  new series of three Star pendant lamps created for the ETTERO collection. I love the random placement of the lines, too as if they were growing organically like branches or bone. And, +1 for brass.

German product designer Anne Boenisch creates home furnishings that are both functional, and most definitely, sculptural. Most of the products contain strong geometric qualities with beautiful shapes and lines.
