For the Gear Table from Ryan Matchett.

Manufactured for a hotel in Rwanda, the Gear Table is a chic contemporary table with clean, precise lines. The top is made out of MDF combined with walnut. The sharp shapes that create the gear pattern are cut with CNC technology. After the shape is in place, the wood is sealed with a walnut veneer.

You can see in the photo above that there are two pieces of wood cut into a gear shape and then offset for a dimensional effect. The base of the Gear Table is a mirror-polish stainless steel finish with adjustable rubber feet.

What do you think of the Gear Table?
