Estudi Arola created a set of lamps that look like tables, or, a set of tables that function as lamps. And, they even made a bookshelf. I like how you can hang the little one on the wall and use it as a sconce. Photos by Koke Bartrina.

UK-based, Australian-born designer Jay Watson launched his Linger a Little Longer table and bench set at 100% Design . With a thermochromatic finish, the table and benches respond to the heat of your body, and any plate, mug or other serving piece that touches its surface. It creates a “watermark” that stays grayish until it cools back to room temperature

Fir is a sparsely alluring, freestanding, varnished metal coat stand or towel rack.

Last month WHO Gallery , located in Lisbon, Portugal, opened the LESS exhibition with works by Pedro Sottomayor . The exhibition presents new works that lose the excess that forms them, while maintaining their function. I love the three interior/exterior benches and table, made out of perforated metal and how they’re benches are presented as though the pieces of metal have just fallen from the surface like rain
