Nest (1:2:3:4) is a chair (or a series of chairs) designed by Kirsten White and built by Jeremy Cox and Lucas Brancalion from Brothers and Sons , for the Capacity Show held at Bookhou in Toronto, earlier this year during Design Week. Made of birch wood and then covered with industrial felt, the hollow chair form explores scale and volume through nesting. Each contained chair is a proportional representation of one another, to the ratio as stated in its name. Each chair is also usable even the small one, perfect for children.

Linda Allen, who has years under her belt as an established interior designer, just launched her first line of lamps called Live.Anywhere, which are exclusively available at David Sutherland showrooms . Why the name Live.Anywhere? Linda wanted to create a line of lamps that could be used literally anywhere . When she realized that the technology for what she was trying to create didn’t exist though, she decided to invent it herself

BoConcept ‘s latest products include this Pinto chair , which caught my eye because there aren’t too many stylish recliners out there. With BoConcepts clever way of creating convertible furniture, this chair goes from “ah” to “aahhhhhhh” in just a few quick moves. The Lucky Love Chair is a beautiful modern chair made from Dutch craftsmanship. Using bent and steamed plywood, designer Maarten Baptist created a unique, layered design.
The website says “The Lucky Love Chair…is trying to give you a good feeling on the first sight and tries to hug you.”
It is supported by a thin, black metal frame.

The Lucky Love Chair is manufactured in the Netherlands and available through JOINE – Office for Design.
