Their showroom in High Point is located in 220 Elm and they currently represent ten companies whose offerings work cohesively as a whole, therefore, it’s almost like one-stop shopping! Do you ever come across an image of a space that is so good it stops you in your tracks? So good it makes you consider selling and getting rid of everything in a similar space in your home just so you can completely recreate the look for yourself?
Because that just happened to me. I mean, I love my living room, but I think I love this one more. That gold coffee table and the gold wall decor and the white sofa and the patterned rug – I just can’t. The lamps and the side tables and the pillows – please!!! I don’t know what it is about this room that is making me need it, but I’m going to go with the gold coffee table. It’s just fabulous.
Well anyway, enough of my rambling, has this ever happened to you? Have you ever acted on it and actually recreated the look for yourself?
And if anyone knows more about the room, let me know! I found it on Pinterest which led to a tumblr without any information.

I wonder how many of those old IBM clocks I’ve stared at over the years… just waiting for class to be over… Well, somehow it hasn’t stopped me from wanting the newly reproduced 1960′s IBM 13.5 Standard Issue Clock . IBM partnered up with the American company Schoolhouse Electric & Supply Co. to bring this classic back to life. Hand assembled in Portland, Oregon, they’ve kept the original details like the domed glass lens and original graphics in tact. Maybe you’ve seen this everywhere already, maybe not but whatever. I’m not one to care – if it’s something I like, I’m posting about it! This “ Furniture Tasting ” project by Japanese/Portuguese duo Ryosuke Fukusada and Rui Pereira was inspired by the idea that the contemporary furniture industry is feeding us so much that it’s nearly impossible to “digest” it all. I love furniture and decor, and often times I say it’s good enough to eat… and now, I can have my chair and eat it too! They suggest that perhaps it would be easier to present the furniture in a new way – maybe by using a custom waffle-making mold: “an object that mixes both traditional Japanese small cakes ‘baby castella’ with a Portuguese egg based pastry called ‘ovos moles’
