Dock Tray by Alain Berteau

Dock Tray is a minimalist design created by Belgium-based designer Alain Berteau for Objekten . The design was presented at this year’s International Contemporary Furniture Fair in New York City. Objekten displayed its newest and greatest designs including this multifunctional accessory made for the iPad. Objekten produces its products in Europe, and is designed by well-known industrial designers such as Lehanneur, Willenz, and Berteau.

Woven Desk by Bram Vanderbeke

Belgium-based designer Bram Vanderbeke’s new desk called Woven is an exploration of the idea that desks need to be not only functional but also a place of concentration and privacy. It’s hard to concentrate these days – between diminishing attention spans and the open concept workplace, our focus is constantly at war with our surroundings.Vanderbeke’s solution is to create a personal workspace that hides these external things that keep us distracted, and yet doesn’t exclude us from interacting with our surroundings. It’s like having a nice, little nest for your work.

Tuberack by Joeri Reynaert

From Belgium-born, Italy-based designer Joeri Reynaert comes the Tuberack shelf / space divider. Tuberack is easy to assemble and made of solid oak. The clever piece uses no screws or glue for assembly but instead is held together with rubber tubes that can also hold your books and magazines.
