These lamps take the name for tea lights to a whole new level.
A step above your standard tea light candles, these Teapot and Tea Cup and Saucer lamps and pendant lights provide the perfect excuse to hold tea time all the time. Inspired by china produced in the 1930s, the Tea Range Collection is manufactured by the Original BTC of England.

The Teapots are available in pendant lamps only. They are made from bone china in white and hang from a cotton braided cable, using a 40W incandescent bulb. The Tea Cup and Saucer come in both a pendant lamp and a table lamp. Similar to the Teapots, the Tea Cup and Saucer hangs from a braided cable and uses a 40W bulb. The table lamp version of the Tea Cup and Saucer is supported by a brushed steel base.
Would you have tea time with the Tea Range Collection?

Initiated by N°111 with François Bauchet and Eric Jourdan , the Quatrième Mur was a satellite exhibition during the St Etienne Design Biennial 2010. Located in a former cinema, three ex-Saint Etienne students invited two of their ex-lecturers for a collective exhibition of everyday objects. The arrangement of these objects in a scenic, stage-like way invited the viewers to think differently about the relationships between these objects and themselves. From N°111: The fourth wall evokes an intellectual wall separating the actor on the stage and the spectator in the room. The installation of the objects on a stage puts distance between them and the spectator

A special thanks to DWR for inviting me to be a part of their 111 Navy Chairs project where I — along with 110 others — answered some questions and made a silly doodle of me in my favorite chair — the Eames Lounge and Ottoman. You can check out all the doodles here as they go up a few each day until all 111 responses are live! It’s so fun to see everyone’s doodled self-portrait in their favorite chair! Do you think my doodled self looks like me?
