Borja García designed the Llar fireplace collection for Gandia Blasco . He says, “We wanted to work on a product that would transfer concepts more akin to inside a house, like siting round the fire, to the outdoor space and Llar is a response to this idea. Does anyone remember the Shoes video from like five years ago? It’s a bizarre video, but the ways they say “shoes” is how I said the title of this post in my head. It seems like the way that video stuck with me is comparable to the way shoe obsessions stick with women – and some men, too – forever.
Personally, I love shoes because I know no matter how much weight I ever gain and lose, I’ll always have my shoes! (Nice rhyme, huh?) However, it’s unlikely that I’ll ever be able to fill a closet like those shown above, but a girl can dream, right? Right.
These days it’s important for me to find cute comfortable shoes, but at a reasonable price. (That way I can buy more!) I was recently turned onto Zalando, a UK-based site that offers a ton of shoes and other apparel and accessories. No matter what you’re looking for, you’ll find loads of great shoes, clothes and even beauty products on zalando.co.uk.

Israeli designer Hagit Pincovici is a third generation artisan and continues the legacy of solid craftsmanship but adds her own modern aesthetic to her work. She designed the A line chest of drawers for the Italian design label Colè . The sleek looking unit features drawers stacked in a skewed fashion with red handles aligned down the front. What looks like three drawers is actually six. I love the long tapered legs on the piece and that it sits up higher
