You may remember when we featured Zbigniew Strzebonski’s Loft Chair back in 2011. Well now the MODESTWORK designer is back with a new collection called Loft evo’ , which includes a chair, a coffee table, and side table. Made from bent steel bars, the collection features simple, skinny lines that are formed and shaped in unusual and curvy ways. Learning from the original Loft chair, the manufacturing process has been simplified making the furniture more accessible.

We are a new company in Denmark and needed some furniture to fill our office. As a entrepreneurial company it was not necessary to have expensive designer furniture filling up our office, however, we would like some good looking furniture that fulfills our needs. Versatile Convertible Seating from 608 Design

Evan Bare is at the helm of the Toronto-based 608 Design where he designs and builds a collection of environmentally conscious upholstered seating. The line is made so that the pieces can be taken apart for transportation, as well as making it easy to have the parts replaced if need be. One of the coolest aspects though is the incorporated storage that the pieces have.

Exocarp Chair by Guillermo Bernal

Guillermo Bernal holds an architecture degree from Pratt but spends his day cranking out complex and fascinating work using his specialties of algorithmic design and advance digital fabrication. This Exocarp Chair was inspired by the scaly nature of a reptile’s skin, as well as the rough skins of foods like cantaloupes and avocados. Both of those skins are used for protection, and in the reptile’s case, as a way to reduce moisture loss in the skin.

Moss Ball Hanging Plants by Mister Moss

I love hanging plants but I’ve never been a fan of those plastic or faux ceramic looking planters they come in. Australian company Mister Moss to the rescue! They’ve created a line of indoor/outdoor hanging moss balls filled with plants that are handmade and one-of-a-kind. They come in a variety of plants but what makes them truly unique is the various colored string that they’re wrapped in and suspended from.

Skim Milk: Smart Console by André Schelbach

Smart Console is a minimalist desk designed by German-based designer André Schelbach for Yomei . Introduced at IMM Cologne 2012 , this desk features a plethora of functionality including storage space, power outlets, and wire management. The console is ostensibly minimalist and sleek, but all of the components are hidden inside. The velvet-lined drawers are perfect to store and power up any electronic peripheries such as cell phones, hard drives, and music players. Variably positioned magnets are used to organize wires; the cables can be run underneath the desk through a metal frame which are kept completely invisible from the user.
