If you have a lack of power outlets in your home, you have met your match in the nowire lamps.
There are no wires or any other components to this lamp – just a bottom piece with a suction pad and the lamp itself. The suction pad on the bottom on the nowire lamp attaches to smooth surfaces.
The nowire lamps are able to provide light due to an internal battery system. It is charged with a Powermat, an induction charge technology product that also can charge various electronics.
Completely portable, the nowire lamps can be taken with you anywhere you may need a light. They are designed by dicrein, a Spanish design company.

Giancarlo Alhadeff, FAIA, is an international architect in the truest sense of the phrase. Based in Milan and London, Alhadeff was born in Egypt, educated in Japan, and trained in architecture at Harvard (Bachelor of Arts, 1972) and Columbia (Masters of Architecture, 1975). Since establishing his own practice, Studio Alhadeff in 1990, Alhadeff has designed residences, multi-unit housing, and commercial and retail projects around the world, from the Turkish coast to Lake Como, from Manhattan to Moscow. Even the firm’s client list — large multinational firms, jet-setting families — is quintessentially cosmopolitan. Being a global nomad has had a formative effect on Alhadeff’s character, and on the character of his architecture: as the architect himself puts it, “If you’ve lived your life moving from place to place, you either make a point of standing out, or you learn how to blend in

These lamps take the name for tea lights to a whole new level.
A step above your standard tea light candles, these Teapot and Tea Cup and Saucer lamps and pendant lights provide the perfect excuse to hold tea time all the time. Inspired by china produced in the 1930s, the Tea Range Collection is manufactured by the Original BTC of England.

The Teapots are available in pendant lamps only. They are made from bone china in white and hang from a cotton braided cable, using a 40W incandescent bulb. The Tea Cup and Saucer come in both a pendant lamp and a table lamp. Similar to the Teapots, the Tea Cup and Saucer hangs from a braided cable and uses a 40W bulb. The table lamp version of the Tea Cup and Saucer is supported by a brushed steel base.
Would you have tea time with the Tea Range Collection?

Japanese designer and artist Yukihiro Kaneuchi has created a tiny landscape in a coffee cup . This cup was created using the concept that as we grow and age and relationships are formed over time through interactions with others. Thus, as you drink your coffee over time, a tiny landscape appears from the coffee stain, evoking the same idea that a relationship develops and emerges over time with this object.
