Andrew Cogan is the CEO of Knoll , a position he has held since 1999. Knoll is this year’s receipt of the National Design Award for Corporate and Institutional Achievement from the Smithsonian’s Cooper-Hewitt. Knoll’s newest collection is a collaboration with designer Cini Boeri. The collection features a lounge chair, sofa, and ottoman available in Knoll’s signature textiles. The covers are also changeable and optional throw pillows in two sizes can also be purchased to finish off the collection. I like the oversized ottoman — it can be used as additional seating or even as a coffee table.
