New from Capod’opera is Corto Maltese, designed by Manuela Pelizzon and Silvano Pierdonà. The exterior features sketches by the famous Italian illustrator Hugo Pratt, portraying the adventures of charming wanderer seaman Corto Maltese. The San Marco collection is inspired particularly by Venetian adventures of Corto with woodcuts both on doors and inside drawers and shelves: drawings and words of the original comics. The entire collection will consist of bookcases, cabinets and wardrobes, but this is a sneak peek of what will be shown at Milan in April

The Adventsljusstake (Advent Candle Holder) by Formtalk is a candlestick holder with a design that provides fun to users by letting them use candlesticks in a variety of combinations. Adventsljusstake is a Swedish Christmas tradition in which they prepare candles starting on the fourth Sunday before December 25th and light one candle on each Sunday to keep them from darkness in addition to welcoming the birth of Jesus.
