From South Korean designer Jiwoong Jung comes two lighting fixtures, GYOGAM and ZIGZAG . Taking inspiration from power line towers and speakers, the GYOGAM floor lamp resembles the tower structures you see everywhere. The lamp is lit on both sides through the two dome-like fixtures. I definitely get the speaker vibe from it and almost expect music to come pouring out, but I love the diffused glow of the light that it creates. I don’t think I’d recommend sticking your face in the fixture when the light is turned on! The ZIGZAG is the ceiling-mounted version of the GYOGAM .

Materials: Billys in 2 sizes, Kusiner storage baskets, Tjusig rack, Tajma wall clock Description: Since we had used all Ikea furniture in our older son's room and we thought that perhaps someday our 2 boys might share a room, we wanted to continue on with using matching Ikea furniture so it could all be combined for a nice look. I also couldn't bear to waste money on a changing table we would only use for a short time. I started designing and came up with our Ikea Billy changing station. Ondule is a slip-covered chair by French designer Mattis Esnault that arose from a call for projects from the French design schools. Undulating waves of foam and Kvadrat fabric form a skin-like layer on top of the solid chair form. According to the designer, the chair is an exploration of sound waves and frequency as well as the potential of the materials.

Materials: RAST, 4 meters of wood strips (13 feet), white varnish w. silk gloss, wood wax in cherry tree (Osmo Wood Wax), 3 golden handles, wood puddy Description: What's somehow right is that IKEA's famous budget dresser, known as RAST, looks like a piece from the usual furniture store around, hence pretty plain and like made for an 80s child's room. Fortunately, it is made of pure, solid pine wood, which makes it the perfect canvas for your creativity without further knowledge of carpentry. The RAST hack of Aubrey and Lindsey inspired me to finish my very own RAST

Remember my love for Field Day’s Shingles cabinet ? Well, I’m dying over the Envelope Chest . I was so excited about the Shingles cabinet that I didn’t even see it at first! It’s a giant wooden interoffice envelope that holds tons of giant memos!* Genius. *I sat around for a half hour trying to think up something clever to say and, as you can tell, I got nothin’.
